Plot Summary:On a stormy night, Dr. Maxwell burns his right hand with acid while trying to test a fireproof product he has invented that doesn't work. He bandages the wound but the next morning, his hand has increased in temperature and burned the bandage. A desperate attempt to cure the mutation begins, as it slowly changes his personality.
